This is astounding. End of.
That alone would have made this a good piece, but the overall detail of this image puts it on a completely different level. Full downloads are often requested from the artist, but any other kind of view in this case wouldn't do this image justice. From the strands of the hair to the folds and semi-transparency of her pants, it appears that nothing was sparred in order to make sure that Talim looked true to her SCIV form. It's the type of detail that would require a really close look at her character model in order to make sure everything was in place.
As it stands now, even the background works, as it not only shows of the details and shading very well, but seeing as how Talim is using her Soul Calibur/Soul Edge combo weapon, it simply makes sense. Without hyperbole, this is quite possibly the best Talim fanart I've seen, and from an artistic perspective, the idea and the effort behind this piece was top-notch.
